If you can't meter it, trash the technology, or terminate the inventor--or both. In our increasingly stagflationary world (made this way through central bankers' fiat money), oil is now just over USD100 and shows no sign of retreating. Exxon-Mobil last year made a profit of $46 billion. Water wouldn't be free but certainly much cheaper than our costly gasoline. No wonder Stanley Myers died of "poisoning" in 1998.
